Adira Automation collects technical operational telemetry from deployed IoT microcontrollers, including soil moisture values, aquatic dissolved oxygen levels, solar inverter efficiency, and GPS spatial telemetry. User account credentials (name, email, organization) are collected upon account registration.
Telemetry stream data is processed exclusively to deliver real-time control loops, predictive maintenance analytics, and automated sensor threshold alerts for your account. Anonymized macro telemetry aggregations may be utilized to improve ML yield models.
All data in transit between field node sensors, gateway relays, and Adira Cloud servers is encrypted using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 protocol. Data at rest is encrypted in isolated tenant databases.
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer operational telemetry or personal contact information to third parties. Data is shared with sub-processors only to enable core infrastructure operations (e.g. AWS Cloud, Twilio SMS alerts).
Clients retain complete ownership of their farm and facility telemetry data. You can request full data export or account deletion at any time by contacting contactus@adiraautomation.com.
