By accessing the Adira Automation telemetry platform, deploying hardware microcontrollers, or commissioning field control units, clients agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all IoT hardware leases, cloud telemetry subscriptions, and field maintenance services.
Adira Automation grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute Adira field firmware on deployed hardware nodes. Clients may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify microcontroller firmware logic without written authorization.
Our cloud telemetry and automated control infrastructure maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA. In cases of scheduled maintenance or emergency field node repairs, clients will receive automated system alerts via dashboard and SMS.
While automated control loops operate with high precision safety bounds, client operators retain responsibility for verifying field physical safety valves, electrical breaker manual cut-offs, and environmental site guidelines.
Either party may terminate service agreements upon 30 days written notice. For inquiries regarding hardware warranties or service licensing, contact legal@adira-automation.io.
